What is the function of submersible deep well pump in hydropower station?

In the auxiliary system of our hydropower plant, the main shaft sealed water electromagnetic valve automatically opens the power-on sealed water electromagnetic valve when the control unit starts, and at the same time closes the shutdown sealed water electromagnetic valve; Automatically close the power-on sealing water electromagnetic valve when stopping, and open the sealing water electromagnetic valve when stopping.

When the pressure of gas storage tank is low, start the working air compressor; When the pressure is too low, start the spare air compressor, send out audio alarm, start the spare air compressor and fault signal of low pressure of air storage tank; When the pressure is normal, stop the operation of each air compressor and return to the standby air compressor start signal; When the working machine fails, start the standby air compressor and give an alarm.

When the pressure of gas storage tank is too low or too high, sound alarm and accident signal of too low or too high pressure will be issued. During the operation of air compressor, when the oil pressure of air compressor is high or low, sound alarm and abnormal oil pressure signal of medium pressure air compressor will be sent out.

When the water level of leakage collecting well is high, start the deep well pump; When the water level of the leakage water collecting well continues to rise to the high water level, the standby deep well pump shall be started, and when the continuous working time of the pump exceeds the set value, the alarm signal of the water pump running overtime shall be sent.

The control objects and functions of each subsystem are different, but the control cabinet is roughly the same. The control cabinet is composed of display parts, measurement and control parts, motor starting parts, power supply and related auxiliary parts and alarm parts. Display components are mainly photon brand, indicator light. The measurement and control parts mainly include PLC and corresponding switch input and output module, analog input and output module, control relay and so on.
