Usage and maintenance instruction of deep well submersible pump

Step 1: start:

(1) the electric pump below 11 kilowatts is allowed to start directly, and the electric pump above 13 kilowatts should be equipped with a step-down start cabinet to protect the safe operation of the electric pump.

(2) in order to avoid the instantaneous upward movement of the rotor of the electric pump and reduce the starting load, when the electric pump starts, the outlet valve stroke should be closed to 3/4 (leave 1/4 air gap for air discharge) and open slowly after starting the water, until the pump operating point is controlled in an appropriate position.

(3) after the start of operation, the monitoring and observation of water level change should be strengthened to ensure the operation of the electric pump within the working range. The pump can be put into formal operation after the smooth operation.

(4) submersible pump put into operation for the first time after five hours, stop quickly measuring thermal insulation resistance, its value is not less than 0.5 M Ω, can continue to use.

2. Stop the pump:

Before the submersible pump stops, in order to prevent backflow of water, close the valve while cutting off the power supply, restart the time interval of more than 20 minutes.

The third step: operation and maintenance of submersible deep-well pump:

(1) the submersible deep well pump should work at the design working point, at this time the axial force is moderate, the pump efficiency is the highest, the most economical and reliable.

(2) the deep-well diving pump should be fully checked every 8 hours to check whether there is any change in each instrument, whether the circuit node is heating and whether the sound is normal. Whether the normal working current of submersible pump in deep well is greater than the rated value of motor nameplate.

Step 4: stop the pump immediately if any of the following conditions occurs:

(1) the working current of the submersible deep well pump is suddenly higher than the rated current of the motor

(2) abnormal water yield, interstitial water discharge and increased sediment content

(3) the insulation resistance of the motor is less than 0.5 megohm

(4) the unit has obvious noise and vibration intensification

(5) the grid voltage is insufficient, 5% lower than the rated voltage

(6) the fuse is burnt out

(7) damage to the pipeline

5. Precautions for use and maintenance:

(1) check current and voltage and outlet pressure every day, test moving water level every 2 weeks, and make records.

(2) check and record the insulation resistance of the motor every four weeks.

(3) minimize startup times in use.

(4) if the submersible deep well pump is not used continuously after sinking, it should be turned on once a week and run for 5-10 minutes to prevent the electric pump from failing to start due to corrosion.

Step 6: storage and handling of submersible deep-well pumps:

When storing shenyang submersible pump, put the water in the motor cavity clean and dry the surface. The shaft head coupling device shall be coated with anti-rust grease and shall be placed vertically. (in case of rotor deformation) it should be stored in a dry place without chemical corrosive substances at room temperature at least -3℃ in winter.
