Deep well submersible water pump cable wiring method

Deep well submersible pump factory is generally only lead out the cable, the user needs to install another cable, so when connecting the cable must pay attention to the correct method, otherwise it will have a great impact on the use of deep well submersible pump.

Wiring method of deep-well submersible pump:

1. Peel off the outer sheath and main insulation layer of the deep-well pump cable, expose the copper wire 35-40mm, shape the rubber near the core into a cone, polish the oxide layer on the core, wipe the core and the insulation layer and sheath layer to be wrapped with alcohol (preferably hydrochloric acid) and make it dry naturally.

1) power cable. 2) PVC adhesive tape. 3) self-adhesive butyl rubber tape. 4) phi 1 mm copper wire. 5) soldering. 6) lead out cable

3. Prepare 500W electric soldering iron, rosin, soldering tin, LMM bare copper wire and insulation tape.

4, tie the cable core with bare copper wire evenly, heat with an electric iron, tin penetration, penetration evenly required. Use a file to repair the smooth welded area (no burrs or sharp hooks allowed), and clean the area with alcohol again to dry.

5. Semi-laminate three layers with self-adhesive butyl adhesive tape, and gradually extend to the outside of the core. When wrapping, the tape must be stretched 200%, and the outer layer should be rewrapped with PVC adhesive tape (public number: pump pipe home), and gradually extended outward to ensure that the wrapping part is not shorter than 200mm.

6. Three cable joints should be staggered at a certain distance to prevent short circuit.

7. Wiring method for double lead cables

1) shake the insulation resistance between the cable and the motor (when no water is added) after the end of cable connection, and the value shall not be less than 150 megohm;

2) after the motor is filled with water, the insulation resistance of the winding of the motor should be no less than 40 megohm;

3) power test the steering (no more than 2 seconds). Make continuous position mark;

4) start to run down the well: when the submersible pump is running down the well, the insulation resistance is constantly measured by shaking to observe its changes, so as to prevent the insulation skin of the cable hanging on the shaft wall from breaking. If the insulation degree is found to drop rapidly below 0.5 megohm, the unit should be brought up to detect the reason. If there are no accidents, the completion of the well can be through the previous steps to start the trial run.
