First, the product overview
WQB, QWB, BQW, BWQ explosion-proof non-blocking submersible sewage pump is a new type of explosion-proof equipment designed and produced according to national standards on the basis of international advanced explosion-proof submersible sewage pump technology. The pump consists of an explosion-proof electric motor and a lower pump coaxially assembled submersible sewage pump, the outer casing protection grade is IP68, explosion-proof grade ExdIIBT4. It is suitable for use in safe discharge and other explosion-proof places in coal, chemical, petroleum and other industries with methane or coal dust explosive gas mixtures. The danger of the ordinary submersible sewage pump without special explosion-proof device is completely solved, the thick slurry pump can not suck the large volume of particles, and the sewage pump is easy to block.
Structural features:
The explosion-proof motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump, and the insulation class of the flameproof type motor is F-class. The shaft seal is a combination of a rotary seal ring and a double-end mechanical seal. The rotary seal ring can prevent the intrusion of mud and reduce the pump pressure directly on the mechanical seal, which plays the role of the first seal line. The seal is in two groups. The first group is the initial seal on the pump side for sealing the sewage, and the second group is the secondary seal on the motor side for leak sealing of the lubricating oil. The complete mechanical seal is immersed in the No. 20 turbine oil. Cooling and lubrication to the seal.
Second, explosion-proof points:
1. If an explosive mixture inside the electric pump produces an explosion, the flameproof enclosure is not damaged, and the internal explosion cannot pass through the explosion-proof joint surface, causing the explosion of the external explosive mixture.
2. The parts that form the flameproof enclosure are tested hydraulically by piece according to the provisions of items 1, 2 and 3 of GB3836 to ensure that they can withstand the maximum internal explosion pressure.
3. The flameproof joint surface, length gap and roughness between each component are in accordance with the provisions of GB3836.2.
4. The bolts connecting the flameproof enclosures are equipped with anti-loose spring washers. The head of the bolt is placed inside the guard ring to prevent it from falling off on its own.
5. The machine base, upper cover, shaft, front axle cover, junction box cover, terminal block, wiring screw and wiring sleeve are all explosion-proof parts. A 10 meter explosion-proof cable is included.

1. The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;

Five, note:
1. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the electric pump, it should be equipped with a special explosion-proof control box when using it;
3. The explosion-proof control box of the electric pump should be connected to the power supply with the matching voltage and frequency. The allowable voltage fluctuation is ±10% of the rated voltage;
4. After the electric pump is started, pay attention to whether the steering of the impeller is correct, such as the steering does not correspond to timely processing;
5. When using the electric pump, do not bury it in the soil and sand. The outlet pipe should not block the sand. When using it, it is best to use it by hanging. The bottom of the pump leaves the sand. It is not allowed to land horizontally, and it is not allowed to fall into the dirt. When stopping the use, the water pump should be lifted off the water and cleaned.
6. When moving the electric pump, the power should be cut off, and the insulated cable should not be pulled hard. When the electric pump is running, people should not touch the water source;
7. When the electric pump fails, it should be checked in time to analyze the cause of the failure of the electric pump, and take measures to eliminate the fault before continuing to use.
Sixth, use and maintenance:
1. Regularly measure the insulation resistance of the electric pump at the end of the cable. The insulation resistance must be above 1 megohm, otherwise it must be disassembled for maintenance;
2. The shaft seal device between the electric motor and the pump consists of a double mechanical seal and a rotary seal ring. However, during maintenance, it should be checked if it is found to be lubricated and turbid, blackened or watery. Lubricating oil should be replaced regularly (lubricating oil is No. 20 turbine oil, the oil quantity is 85% of the oil chamber volume)
3. In principle, the explosion-proof motor is not allowed to be dismantled. If the explosion-proof motor fails, it can be returned to the factory for repair. When the user needs to disassemble, the explosion-proof surface should be protected. It should not be damaged. It should be no less than GB3836 after maintenance. 2, 3 related regulations.
