Environmental conditions
1. Three-phase AC power supply with a power supply frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 380 V or 660 V (tolerance ± 5%).
2. The solid content (by mass) is not more than 0.01%.
3. The pH of the liquid to be pumped is 6.5-8.5.
4. The temperature of the conveying medium does not exceed 20 °C.
5. The chloride ion content is not more than 400mg/L.
6. The water inlet of the pump must be below the moving water level of 1m, but the depth of the diving should not exceed 70m of the static water level, and the lower end of the electric pump should be at least 1m away from the bottom of the well.

Structural features
1. QJ series well submersible electric pump consists of two parts: submersible three-phase asynchronous motor and water pump. The motor is directly connected with the upper pump body, and the upper end of the motor shaft is provided with a reliable shaft sealing device, which can effectively prevent the exchange between the coolant in the motor and the pumped medium, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the pump in the long-term.
2. The submersible pump is a single-suction multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump; the submersible motor is a submersible asynchronous motor for water-filled wet and vertical wells. The motor and pump are directly connected through the barrel coupling.
3. The motor winding is a nylon sheathed polyethylene water resistant electromagnetic wire. The motor cavity is filled with clean water.
4. The motor guide bearing adopts water lubricated bearings. There is no thrust bearing on the lower part of the motor that can withstand the axial force of the pump. The thrust bearing of the high lift pump uses a nickel-containing copper fan-shaped block, and it is an imported Fellers skateboard that can withstand the upper and lower axial forces of the pump. .
5. The high-lift submersible pump adds an axial force carrier between the pump and the motor, and the lift can be increased to 900m.
Troubleshooting
1: The power supply has no power or the switch is not closed;
2: The power is not turned on;
3: The control box is loosely connected due to transportation vibration;
4: The AC contactor coil has burned out.

6: Check the control box with an electric meter or an electric pen. If there is no power, turn on the power;

Precautions
1. For each section of the water pipe, galvanized steel wire (or other anti-corrosion wire rope) is required to tie the cable to the pipe. The unit must be installed vertically.
2. The corresponding gasket should be placed between the flanges of the water supply pipeline, and the connecting bolts should be symmetrically tightened to prevent water leakage.
3. When the water level control facility is used, the design flow of the pump should be less than the water output of the well.
4. The moving water level of the well water should be at least 0.5m above the pump outlet shell flange.
5. After installation, the bottom of the motor should not be less than 3m from the bottom of the well. Note: The diving depth of 250QJ230, 300QJ230, 300QJ330 and 400QJ330 submersible pumps is not less than 5m.
6. Check the current voltage and outlet pressure every day, check the water level every 2 weeks, and make a record.
7. Check the insulation resistance of the motor every four weeks and make a record.
8, try to reduce the number of starts during use.
9. If the deep well submersible pump is not used continuously after going down the well, it should be turned on once a week and run for 5-10 minutes to prevent the electric pump from starting due to corrosion.
working principle
The suction tube and pump must be filled with liquid before the pump is turned on. After the pump is turned on, the impeller rotates at a high speed, and the liquid rotates with the blade. Under the action of the centrifugal force, it flies outward from the impeller, and the liquid that is ejected in the pump chamber diffuses slowly, the pressure gradually increases, and then the pump The outlet discharge pipe flows out. At this time, at the center of the blade, the liquid is drawn to the surroundings to form a vacuum low-pressure zone with neither air nor liquid. The liquid in the liquid pool flows into the pump through the suction pipe under the action of the atmospheric pressure of the pool surface, and the liquid is continuous. It is continuously sucked from the liquid pool and continuously flows out from the discharge pipe.
1. Before using the electric pump, check the insulation resistance of the motor with a megger. The minimum value should not be less than 5 megohms. The inspection method is to connect one terminal on the megohmmeter to the electric pump cable, the other terminal to the motor casing, shake the megohmmeter, and observe the insulation resistance value.
2. Check the diving cable for cracks, scratches, etc. If there is damage, it should be replaced in time to prevent leakage.
3. The water immersed motor should open the irrigation bolts, fill the clean water, tighten the bolts, and then sneak into the water. If the oil-immersed motor is found to be leaking oil, the sealing element should be replaced and then submerged into the water.
4. Before the electric pump is submerged into the water, the pump should be filled with clean water, idling for 1-2 seconds, and started 2 times to check whether the idling and starting are normal. If the steering is reversed, the two-phase wiring can be exchanged.
5. Check the water pipe for cracks and the connection is firm.
6. When the electric pump is submerged or hoisted, do not pull the cable to avoid damage to the cable or disconnection of the joint.
7. The power supply voltage should be controlled within 5% of the rated voltage or less. If the voltage is too high or too low, the motor will be damaged.
8. The electric pump should be vertical when it is submerged into the water.
9. The electric pump shall not transport water or mud with a large amount of sand. The water immersed motor should always clean the sand in the motor cavity and replace the clean water in the motor cavity.
10. The actual lift of the pump should be within 0.8-1 times the rated head. This can improve the working efficiency of the electric pump, save electricity, avoid overloading the motor and prolong the service life.
11. After the electric pump is used, it should be cleaned, oiled on the metal surface to prevent rust, and stored vertically in a dry place. The water immersion motor should also drain the clean water from the motor.
Operation and maintenance
1. When the electric pump is just running, pay attention to monitoring and inspection. If there is no abnormality, it can be put into operation.
2. Every 8h should be inspected once. Pay attention to whether the indicator values of ammeter and pressure gauge have significant changes, whether the operation is stable and the noise is high or low. Pay special attention to the current when the motor is working normally. The current should not exceed the rated value specified on the motor nameplate.
3. When running for more than half a month, if the vehicle is parked, the insulation resistance of the motor should be measured. The value should not be lower than 0.5MΩ (measured immediately after power off).
4. All instruments of protection devices should be inspected on time to ensure their correctness and reliability.
5. When the submersible pump is used under the specified conditions of use, it should be guaranteed to work reliably within one year. For each year of operation or less than one year of operation, but the diving time has reached two years, the electric pump should be lifted from the well for preventive inspection, planned maintenance, cleaning the inside of the motor, and replacing the wearing parts.
6. If any of the following conditions should be stopped immediately:
1) The pump works at the optimum operating point, the voltage is the rated value, and the current is greater than the rated value;
2) When the flow rate is reduced by 20% under the rated head (can also be handled according to user needs);
3) When the insulation resistance is lower than 0.5MΩ;
4) The water pipe has significant vibration and there is a booming noise;
5) The installation and use conditions change, when the conditions of use are exceeded.
