1. Pay attention to the type, flow rate and head of submersible pump when purchasing submersible pump. When installing submersible pump, the cable should be overhead and the power cord should not be too long. Unit when launching do not make cable stress, so as not to cause power line fracture. Three, try to avoid starting at low voltage. If the voltage is too high, the motor will overheat and burn out the windings. If the voltage is too low, the motor speed will drop. If the rated speed is not up to 70%, the centrifugal switch will be closed, causing the start of the long time around the power and heat, or even burn out the windings and capacitors. Do not frequently switch the motor, this is because the pump stop will produce backflow, if immediately started, will make the motor load start, lead to the starting current is too large and burn out the winding.
